After a secret ballot, 82 of the 85 members on the ruling party agreed that the director of Radio and Television Slovakia should leave her post, while the opposition abstained. The proposal to dismiss her came in response to allegations that she violated the law by not informing the RTVS Council in advance of her intention to publish a call for submitting bids for the lease of offices for a new media complex.
